Holiday Hangover

Have you been wondering where I've been?

It's a new year and I've got lots of tell you about before we talk about what is coming up (hint, hint, the party isn't over, it is just beginning).

Christmas has come and gone and I had an amazing time on the East Coast celebrating with my family! Before we left Mom and Dad made sure to have a little Christmas celebration at our house.

First, we went to see Santa. See the layer of tulle under my dress. I ate that on my way home from the mall. Then I thew it up all over my pretty Christmas dress.

Here I am with Mom, under the Christmas tree, which is behind the baby gate. I eating one of my presents. That's how you know I really like it.
Here is Mom posing in her new Snuggie.

Before I knew it, we were packing up and getting on the plane. Here I am rocking out in first class. My Grandad knows I only travel in style. This baby needs to be pampered!

The Grandma's House I go....The day after I arrived there was a blizzard!
My first time seeing snow!

Even a visit from me can't keep Grandpa away from the bowling alley. Here he is rockin' his new bowling shirt.
Great-Grandma came to visit. You can see how nice I share.
Finally my Daddy arrived! I was so happy to see him.

The next day I helped Mom wrap gifts. I handled the ribbon.

On Christmas Eve morning, I met Mom and Dad in the city. First, they took me to visit the church where they got married. Here I am in front of the red door.

Then we went to Daniel's for my first real New York bagel with cream cheese and lox.

Then we rode the subway back to Queens.
When I got there we had a little play date gift exchange with my triplets!

Then Grandma and Grandpa hosted their annual Christmas Eve party. I got to hang out with my cousins for a while before bedtime. Here I am with Cousin Matty playing with my new shape sorter.
After I went to bed the party continued. There was homemade manicotti (which i missed- bugger!) and more gifts! Here you can see that Bosco also got in on the action.
On Christmas morning we opened lots of presents - yup they were all for me!

Then we loaded up the car and took a trip to State College, PA to see the rest of my family. We decided to surprise Mimi and Grandad by getting in a day early.
Uncle Ben was in on the surprise....
How much longer are Mom and Dad gonna be able to get away with me being their gift? Cheapskates.

After our surprise meal and Auntie Ann and Uncle Pete's apartment, we headed over to meet Aunt Kay and Uncle Richie. I met Uncle Richie before, but I was anxious to finally meet my Grandad's sister. It was just as much fun as I expected!
Aunt Jenny and Uncle Casey came to town too! Here we are in front of the Christmas Tree at the Farm.
I visited with the Wises - I think I woke Connor up.
Finally I meet Brett, Bethany and Ryan - who knew a kid could have so many cousins!
And the best of all, I got to meet my Great-Grandma Nelson! She is so nice, and pretty too.

My Grandma loves animals and so do I! I got to meet her horses....

and goats! They are so cute!

We also celebrated Ben and Sara's engagement!

I am really glad they are getting married. Mom always said that if Uncle Ben didn't marry Sara, she would. I supposed that would complicate things, so I think things are working out for the best.
Back at the farm I got to open more presents! Christmas Rocks!

More Cousins! Here I am with the Charron kids on my new rocking horse.

Then we went out for dinner and I got to sit at the kids table! My cousins took such good care of me.
After a little more QT with Bosco, I had to pack it all up and head back to Cali.

But don't worry, we didn't have too much time to feel sad about leaving. Uncle Joe and Aunt Carisse came for a visit the next day.

We had pizza and champagne for New Years. It was so fun to show them around and they are great at playing too!
And I was reunited with my bestie. We hit Napa on Sunday, just to make the last day of vacation really feel like vacation.

And as of tomorrow morning, Bryce won't be older than me anymore! We will BOTH be 1.

The Party Continues....
